कायद्याचा आधार हाच खरा आधार

मित्रांनो सध्या संपूर्ण जगभरात  कोरोना COVID-19  नावाच्या रोगाने थैमान घातले असुन विविध देशात हा रोग आटोक्यात आणण्यासाठी वेगवेगळे प्रयोग केले जात आहेत.त्यामध्ये  सामाजिक विलगीकरण (Social Distancing) (Quarantine) संचारबंदी (Curfew) Lockdown कलम-144  इत्यादी प्रकारचे प्रयोग आपापल्या सरकारकडून जनहितार्थ केले जात आहेत जे करणे अत्यंत आवश्यक व गरजेचं आहे.त्याशिवाय अन्य कुठला त्यावर पर्याय नाही.कारण या कोरोना नावाच्या विषाणूमुळे जो काही रोग,आजार पसरलेला आहे त्यावर अजूनही कसल्याच प्रकारची लस किंवा औषध निघालेलं नाही.म्हणून सध्या तरी आपल्याला वरील जे काही उपाय आहेत त्याच उपाययोजनांंचा आधार घ्यावा लागणार आहे.त्याशिवाय अन्य कोणताही उपाय सध्यातरी उपलब्ध नाही यामध्ये दुमत नाही. परंतु वर उल्लेख केल्याप्रमाणे जे काही उपाय आहेत जसे सामाजिकअलगीकरण,कलम-144,संचारबंदी इत्यादी गोष्टी नेमक्या काय आहष'''''हेत हे अजूनही बहुतांश जनतेला पुर्णपणे समजलेले नाही.म्हणून या लेखात या सर्व बाबी व त्यातील महत्त्वाचे फरक आपण समजून घेणार आहोत कलम-144  म्हणजे काय? कलम -144 हे 'सी.आर.पी.सी' ...
